Why we changed song?

As a group we found that after we had done our story board to do Mrs. Potato head we decided that it wasn't the song for us and that it was actually quite depressing and that from our perspective to do the song it may not have been able to get us the grade we are looking for and we wouldn't have many different locations. We have now changed our song to Symphony by Clean Bandit ft Zara Larsson.

Looking at the original video is wasn't something I personally expected however when you listen more closely the heartbreaking story that they put with the song does fit. However, as a group we are going to change the video completely and take the song from our perspective and break down the lyrics until we find our own story line. There is a lot that we can do with this song as it is rather versatile, and we can really apply our own spin to how we interpret the lyrics to the song. I think the song will be a better choice as it will be a little more upbeat and we will be able to use more locations, as for the Mrs potato head it would have been difficult to film if different places as it was all mainly based on behind the scenes so would have been more in our houses and only a small proportion of the music video would be outside.
However, we will be keeping the same people to act in the video and will carry out similar roles to be 3 teenage girls but instead of them being individuals that have various stories they will be 3 girls going out to several places having fun and making the most of the time they have together before going off to university.
