Sending the owners of Symphony a Letter

Individually my group and I all sent the owners of Symphony (Atlantic Records and Epic Records) a letter to confirm our ability to use the song in our music video as without the permission we are not allowed to do so as it will be classed as copyright.  This is mainly to ensure there are no issues with us using the song but we know for sure that we will be able to with their permission.
